Customer Care Associate - Aftermarket Parts

CLARK Material Handling Company, a prominent player in the material handling sector, is on the lookout for a Customer Care Associate to oversee the aftermarket parts segment. This position entails delivering exceptional assistance to dealers by addressing inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealer inquiries through phone and email communication
  • Accurately identify and relay replacement part details
  • Respond to a significant volume of calls in a timely manner
  • Assist dealers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order tracking
  • Follow up on urgent requests and provide basic technical assistance
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure order fulfillment

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma accompanied by 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Familiarity with material handling or heavy machinery
  • Basic understanding of forklift operations and the CLARK product range
  • Experience in interpreting parts manuals, drawings, and specifications
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of various software applications
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
