Customer Care Representative - Parts Division

Join CLARK Material Handling Company, a prominent name in the material handling sector, as a Customer Care Representative dedicated to managing relationships within the aftermarket parts segment. This position entails delivering exceptional support to dealers by addressing inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle dealer inquiries through phone and email communication
  • Accurately identify and relay replacement part information
  • Respond to a significant volume of calls in a timely manner
  • Assist dealers with inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and order updates
  • Follow up on urgent requests and provide basic technical assistance
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure order fulfillment

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Familiarity with material handling or heavy equipment
  • Basic understanding of forklift operations and the CLARK product range
  • Experience in interpreting parts manuals, drawings, and catalogs
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient computer skills with experience in various software applications
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
