About the Role

The Account Executive, Media and Ad Tech Solutions will play a central role in the execution of the sales strategy of Microsoft Advertising's Display, Native, Video, and Gaming solutions. You will work closely with C-level executives and Business and Technical Decision Makers in customers' organizations to develop quality customer plans laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships anchored on connections with C-level executives and Business and Technical Decision Makers in customers' organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth through selling Microsoft media and technology to agencies, curators, and retail media networks, platform/tech businesses, Advertising Technology (Ad Tech) and Marketing Technology (Mar Tech) companies, and partners.
  • Play a central role in the execution of the sales strategy of Microsoft Advertising's Display, Native, Video, and Gaming solutions.
  • Develop quality customer plans laying out revenue and customer satisfaction growth strategies.
  • Success is measured by specific success indicators focused on driving adoption, emphasizing customer experience, and optimizing opportunities.
Requirements
  • 9+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising.
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on online media, or digital advertising.
  • OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising in outbound sales, preferably in programmatic.
  • Experience at an online publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platform, Demand-side Platform (DSP), Data Management Platform (DMP), or other online advertising company.
