POSITION SUMMARY

This role is integral to the Human Resources Division, providing essential support for the technology systems utilized within the Colorado Judicial Branch. Responsibilities encompass a variety of tasks, including user assistance and training, application support, troubleshooting software challenges, account management, and report generation.

WORK MODEL

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work to promote both productivity and personal well-being.

SALARY RANGE

The anticipated salary for this position ranges from $4,788 to $5,746 per month, with offers determined by the application details and various factors such as experience and budget considerations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The role involves:

  • Adhering to Human Resources procedures to ensure technical solutions align with user requirements.
  • Monitoring support requests and providing initial assistance to users facing system inquiries or issues.
  • Facilitating user communication and outreach initiatives.
  • Serving as a training resource for users, utilizing existing training materials and documenting staff training.
  • Updating and maintaining training documentation.
  • Managing system accounts, including user configuration and data updates.
  • Collaborating with vendors and departments to fulfill business needs.
  • Assisting in the creation and modification of system reports.
  • Participating in project tasks and attending necessary meetings and training sessions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not entail supervisory duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment is generally pleasant, with minimal exposure to hazards. The role is primarily sedentary, involving sitting for extended periods.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or
  • Five years of professional experience in computer/IT technical support.
  • At least one year of experience in technical support for Human Resources systems is preferred.
