We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews – schedule and follow up with candidates for interviews
- Manage the Jobvite system – assist applicants at kiosks and keep their application status updated throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize Indeed – source candidates for various job categories and provide guidance via email on the application process.
- Maintain applicant records including background checks and monitor progress daily.
- Facilitate job offers – assist in completing all necessary job offer documentation; manage paperwork for drug tests and DOT physicals.
- Onboard new hires – complete I-9 forms; organize and maintain new hire files, submit TALX tax credit and incentive paperwork; verify and finalize LAPEL sheets; prepare New Hire profiles; ensure all documents are accurate.
- Support hiring events – assist in the planning, organization, and promotion of hiring events.
- Benefits administration – support the HR Manager with benefits enrollment; assist employees with inquiries and issues related to benefits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration is essential.
- Proficient in operating standard telephone systems.
