Results-Driven Sales Executive Business Development

Olea Kiosks Inc. is a cutting-edge provider of self-service kiosk solutions, serving industries such as airports, restaurants, and retail stores. We are currently seeking a high-tech Sales Representative to join our fast-paced team. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive business growth in multiple vertical markets.
About the PositionAs a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing targeted solutions, and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, understanding their pain points, and presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our kiosk solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Presentation and negotiation skills to close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of kiosk solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Mentor and train junior team members
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
- Technology/software sales experience preferred
- Experience in longer cycle, relationship-oriented sales processes
- Ability to engage and communicate/negotiate effectively at the executive level
- Disciplined and organized with proven ability to manage pipeline of prospects
- Tech savvy including Salesforce and MS Office proficiency
