Business Development Director

Olea Kiosks Inc. is a pioneering company in the self-service kiosk market, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to top brands across various sectors. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and revenue for our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging Olea's expertise
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Participate in product development and simplification initiatives to improve sales efficiency
- Represent Olea at trade association meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize performance
- Act as a mentor and trainer for colleagues on sales best practices and company policies
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes consistently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (base pay) + generous commission plan
Requirements:
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
- Technology/software sales experience preferred
- Experience in longer cycle, relationship-oriented sales processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to engage executives effectively
- Disciplined and organized, with proven ability to manage a pipeline of prospects
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
- Ability to think strategically and target high-value clients to drive revenue and profitability
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for learning and growth
