About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Health and Wellness Business Development Manager to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody's professional line of Body Composition Analyzers to strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota.
  • Develop and foster relationships to maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Execute sales strategies to adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPIs, and policies.
  • Meet and exceed targets to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track progress and results to record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.
  • One or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and working with end users and purchasing departments within academic institutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Type 40+ WPM.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day).
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho).
  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows.

Estimated Salary:
