The Senior

Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in the ongoing growth and success of Gartner by aiding in the execution of demand generation initiatives, sales support, and pipeline advancement for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) focused on the Americas Public Sector region and various customer roles targeted by Sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure program and strategy alignmentRespond to Sales inquiries from marketingDevelop regional demand and lead generation initiatives aimed at specific customer personas to generate quality leads for Sales and enhance pipelineCreate and implement Sales enablement programs to advance pipelineAssist in the development and execution of global role-based marketing campaignsSupport the execution of strategies and initiatives, including but not limited to, crafting content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search advertisements, sales enablement materials, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social mediaCollaborate with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiativesMonitor lead activity to support pipeline advancement and campaign performance analysisManage projects and track campaign outcomes; proactively offer recommendations for campaign enhancement and report on success metrics utilizing analytics and Power BI tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing; experience in large or global technology firms preferredPrevious experience in a marketing role supporting the Public Sector (Federal, State and Local, and Education)Demonstrated experience in developing successful integrated marketing or demand generation initiativesSelf-driven with strong project management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAbility to conceptualize and construct integrated cross-functional lead generation campaigns, presenting work confidently to leadershipAdaptable and effective in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving virtual-first environmentCuriosity and confidence to ask questions when uncertain or unclear, or to assert innovative ideasProficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, or similar applications
