Job SummaryChristensen Arms is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and increasing the effectiveness of our critical digital marketing levers, including our e-commerce store, email marketing, SEO, social media, loyalty initiatives, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and Optimize Digital Marketing Channels: Own Christensen's critical digital marketing levers, including our e-commerce store, email marketing, SEO, loyalty initiatives, and more.
- Grow Owned Audiences: Contribute to the growth of our owned audiences through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Manage all email marketing initiatives, including creation and optimization of email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
- E-commerce Purchases: Influence e-commerce purchases, both from new and repeat customers, through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer LTV and make informed marketing decisions based on data.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Consistently improve the customer journey and optimize conversion rate through close collaboration with the design and development teams.
- SEO Enhancements: Maintain and improve our website's organic visibility through SEO enhancements.
- Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies: Support the Director of Marketing in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire new customers and delight existing customers.
- Market Knowledge: Maintain a strong market knowledge of sector rivals and trends to influence the delivery of the best and most profitable offering on the websites.
- Growth Marketing Expertise: Be the subject matter expert for all growth marketing activities.
- Event Support: Attend events and trade shows, as needed, to provide marketing support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Firearms / Military Products / Tactical Industry / Outdoor Industry (or be able to present why your experience is applicable to Christensen Arms).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies, experience with WordPress and WooCommerce, and experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or MailChimp.
- Passion for the Outdoors: A fierce passion for the outdoors and firearms.
- Analytical and Creative Thinking: Strong aptitude for both analytical and creative thinking.
- Proactive Work Style: Proactive work style requiring minimal oversight.
