The Senior

Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in Gartner's continued growth and success by aiding in the execution of demand generation initiatives, sales support, and pipeline development for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) focused on the Americas Public Sector region and various customer roles targeted by Sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure program and strategy alignmentRespond to Sales inquiries from marketingDevelop regional demand and lead generation initiatives aimed at specific customer personas to generate quality leads for Sales and enhance pipelineCreate and implement Sales enablement programs to advance pipeline progressionAssist in the development and execution of global role-based marketing campaignsSupport the implementation of strategies and campaigns, which include crafting content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search advertisements, sales enablement materials, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social mediaCollaborate with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiativesMonitor lead activity to support pipeline development and campaign reporting and analysisManage projects and track campaign performance; proactively offer recommendations for campaign optimization and report on success metrics using analytics and Power BI tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing; experience in large or global technology firms preferredPrevious experience in a marketing role supporting the Public Sector (Federal, State and Local, and Education)Demonstrated experience in developing successful integrated marketing or demand generation programsSelf-starter with exceptional project management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skillsAbility to conceptualize and create integrated cross-functional lead generation campaigns, and present work confidently to leadershipFlexibility and effectiveness in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic virtual-first environmentCuriosity and confidence to ask questions when uncertain or unclear on how to proceed or to assert innovative ideasProficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, or similar applications

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 62,400 USD - 86,940 USD. Actual salaries may vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific information on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
