The Senior

Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in the ongoing expansion and success of Gartner by aiding in the execution of demand generation initiatives, sales support, and pipeline advancement for the Global Technology Sales (GTS) focused on the Americas Public Sector region and various customer roles targeted by Sales.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure program and strategy alignment

Address Sales requests from marketing

Design regional demand and lead generation initiatives aimed at specific customer personas to drive quality leads to Sales for pipeline development

Develop and implement Sales enablement strategies to advance the pipeline

Assist in the creation and execution of global role-based marketing campaigns

Support the implementation of strategies and campaigns, including but not limited to, crafting content and messaging for campaign briefs, paid search advertisements, sales enablement materials, landing pages, nurture emails, newsletters, and social media

Work in partnership with Centers of Excellence, Program Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to coordinate the execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives

Analyze lead activity to support pipeline development and campaign performance reporting

Oversee and track campaign performance; proactively offer recommendations for campaign enhancement and report on success metrics utilizing analytics and Power BI tools

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (Marketing or Communications preferred)

2-4 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing; experience in large or global technology firms is preferred

Previous experience in a marketing role supporting the Public Sector (Federal, State and Local, and Education)

Demonstrated experience in developing successful integrated marketing or demand generation programs

Self-driven with exceptional project management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Capability to conceptualize and construct integrated cross-functional lead generation campaigns, and present work confidently to leadership

Ability to adapt and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic virtual environment

Curiosity and confidence to inquire when uncertain or unclear on how to proceed or to assert innovative ideas

Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, or similar applications
