Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The ODP Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new high-potential accounts and growing share of wallet in existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- New Account Acquisition: Engage in making sales or soliciting orders or contracts, and create relationships with non-ODP decision influencers, decision makers, and current buyers within an organization.
- Existing Account Penetration: Grow share of wallet in customers who have spent with ODP today by selling more of current products, a greater range of products, or new categories of products into the end customer.
- Servicing Existing Revenue: Service existing revenue for customers in the territory with current spend, pulling in customer service or sales support as needed to keep customers satisfied and looking to spend more with ODP.
- Data Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of customers in ODP's CRM and take responsibility for data integrity and accuracy of work products.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field, with 2 or more years of B2B sales experience as a proven top performer exceeding revenue goals.
- Skills: Solid relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills, ability to efficiently conduct a consultative analysis and provide recommendations, deadline-driven with the ability to multi-task and manage change within a fast-paced environment.
