Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic business development initiatives, client relationship management, and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the engineering sector.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target accounts.
- Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our software solutions and articulate value propositions that address specific business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to drive successful deal closures.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales metrics to management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA in Sales preferred.
- Proven track record of 10 to 12 years of successful software sales experience, with a focus on the engineering domain.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, workflows, and software tools commonly used in the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
