Job Summary:

Naviga is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

2-4 years of sales experience in IT, IT Staffing, or Professional Services
Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth
