About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Discover. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this insight to inform product development and strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, and ensures that products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Product Development: Work closely with product development teams to ensure that products are developed and delivered to meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases to justify product investments and ensure that products are aligned with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
