Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the strategy and design of products that create an innovative, best-in-class digital experience for our customers
  • Responsible for capturing stakeholder feature requirements, brainstorm and analyze ideas, and design workflows at a high level.
  • Identifies and supports opportunities for enhancements with data and evidence
  • Defines and creates user interaction flows, wireframes, follow up and review feedback on released features, and drive new features in web or mobile apps.
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Develops design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, usage scenarios, task analysis, specifications, and other UX / UI design deliverables.
  • Defines and implements systematic approach to create clean and functional UI.
  • Participates in the product definition process with the team and drives the clarification of the user tasks and objectives.
  • Understands the target users' needs, motivations, and behaviors as it relates to a specific project or area and provides recommendations on how to enhance the digital user experience
  • Balances technical and delivery constraints when creating accessible and engaging user interfaces based on complex requirements and tight deadlines.
  • Utilizes Usability testing or A/B testing to inform and validate design solutions.
  • Articulates user experience design issues effectively. Presents and builds consensus around design thinking and rationale with peers and stakeholders.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors in Information Technology, Graphic Design, or related.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX design or information architecture or related.
  • In lieu of education 8+ years of experience in UX design or information architecture or related.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127, Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
