Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including the collection of outstanding receivables from our single-family home client base, addressing customer billing inquiries, and minimizing account delinquency. This role will collaborate closely with the Contract Accounting Manager.

We seek an individual who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned single-family home accounts, ensuring timely payment status reviews.
  • Engage with overdue customers professionally, maintaining and enhancing customer relations.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes and issues promptly.
  • Adhere to internal processes for all accounts.
  • Identify and discuss delinquency issues with management.
  • Provide timely follow-ups on payment arrangements and inquiries.
  • Coordinate collection efforts with internal teams, including project managers and executives.
  • Maintain daily communication through the designated email for account management.
  • Complete vendor packet information and obtain necessary credit applications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport easily.
