Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in establishing trust and nurturing relationships with candidates. This position involves generating, qualifying, and sustaining candidate connections to meet personal metrics and billing objectives. Participation in company meetings and training sessions is essential to uphold a professional and respectful workplace culture. Proficiency in phone communication is vital, as candidates will be sourced through direct outreach and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain personal performance metrics regularly.
  • Develop and sustain a network of professionals within the corrugated packaging industry.
  • Collaborate with candidates to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance in achieving those goals.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for client needs.
  • Engage in quarterly projects assigned by the Managing Associate for personal and professional growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to offer valuable insights to candidates.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
