Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will handle various tasks related to the collection of outstanding receivables from our single-family home client base. This role involves resolving customer billing issues and minimizing account delinquency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Contract Accounting Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned single-family home accounts, consistently monitoring for timely payments.
  • Engage with overdue customers professionally while enhancing customer relations.
  • Assist in resolving billing disputes and issues promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes for all accounts.
  • Identify factors contributing to account delinquency and communicate them to management.
  • Provide timely follow-ups on payment arrangements and inquiries.
  • Coordinate collection efforts with internal teams, including project managers and executives.
  • Maintain the SFH email address daily, distributing information to relevant parties.
  • Complete vendor packet information promptly and obtain credit applications for specified accounts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to reconcile account discrepancies.
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Friendly and relatable personality with a strong work ethic.
