Job Overview:


The ideal candidate will handle various tasks related to the collection of outstanding receivables from our single-family home client base, addressing customer billing inquiries, and minimizing account delinquency.

This role will collaborate closely with the Contract Accounting Manager.

We seek a candidate who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage assigned single-family home accounts, ensuring timely payment reviews.
Engage with overdue customers professionally while enhancing customer relations.
Assist in resolving billing disputes and issues promptly.
Adhere to internal processes for all accounts.
Identify factors contributing to account delinquency and communicate them to management.
Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements and inquiries.
Coordinate collection efforts with internal teams, including project managers and executives.
Maintain daily communication through the designated email for account management.
Complete vendor packet information and obtain necessary credit applications.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical ability to resolve account discrepancies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to change.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
