Position Summary

The Customer Care Associate II plays a vital role in managing high volumes of inbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service related to property insurance. This position involves assisting borrowers and insurance agents by gathering detailed information, guiding them on submitting proof of property insurance, de-escalating calls, and addressing complaints.

Work Environment

This position is remote, but candidates must reside in the designated area.

Training Program

We offer a Trainee/Rookie Camp designed for motivated individuals seeking industry experience in customer support. Participants will receive paid classroom and hands-on training, focusing on basic insurance knowledge to assist with both inbound and outbound calls, research, and information gathering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding property insurance
  • Confirm payments of escrowed insurance premiums
  • Meet and exceed established performance metrics
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members and leadership
  • Provide timely and accurate support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records in our systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and foster customer relationships
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
