Dynamic Vice President of Business Development

We are seeking a seasoned leader to serve as an Ambassador and Champion of the Metz Culinary brand, driving revenue growth through Client Acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of sales success, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and execute a successful sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze new business opportunities and client pools
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with Contracting, Legal, and Finance teams to develop proposals
  • Prepare and present captivating presentations to Clients and C-Level Associates
  • Utilize technology to develop compelling presentations using graphs, charts, and pivot tables
  • Convey the Metz Culinary strategic focus, values, and attributes through impeccable communication skills
  • Follow through and conduct negotiations
  • Provide statistics and complex business models
Requirements:
  • 10 years of solid food service management sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or similar
  • Experience as a Director or High-Level Project Manager in Sales
  • Solid technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
