  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to support commercial decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, management, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervise staff and delegate duties to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Control costs and manage resources effectively to ensure profitability.
  • Lead the team to achieve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure the store is visually merchandised to attract and retain customers.
  • Hold key holder responsibility to ensure store security and operations.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 1 year's retail management experience.
  • Keen interest in outdoor activities and product knowledge desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong merchandising skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and deliver results through team leadership.
  • Experience in stock management and Epos systems.
  • Flexibility with working hours and ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
