Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass territory volume growth targets by establishing new accounts and enhancing business within existing ones.
- Foster relationships with medical practices, treatment facilities, and other healthcare providers, serving as a trusted strategic partner focused on growth and the development of long-term client relationships.
- Oversee your portfolio of business through face-to-face interactions within your designated region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
- A minimum of 2 years demonstrating a consistent record of progressive sales achievements.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
- Proficient cold calling and closing abilities.
- Prior experience in pain management is preferred.
- Unwavering ethics and integrity.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable utilizing various technology platforms while traveling.
- Clean driving record and capability to maintain a home office.
- Willingness to travel overnight within the territory and participate in conferences and company meetings.
- Commitment to ensuring adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to maintain administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
