Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass territory volume growth targets by establishing new accounts and enhancing business within existing ones.
  • Foster relationships with medical practices, treatment facilities, and other healthcare providers, serving as a trusted strategic partner focused on growth and the development of long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee your portfolio of business through face-to-face interactions within your designated region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years demonstrating a consistent record of progressive sales achievements.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Proficient cold calling and closing abilities.
  • Prior experience in pain management is preferred.
  • Unwavering ethics and integrity.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and comfortable utilizing various technology platforms while traveling.
  • Clean driving record and capability to maintain a home office.
  • Willingness to travel overnight within the territory and participate in conferences and company meetings.
  • Commitment to ensuring adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ability to maintain administrative, physical, and technical cybersecurity controls.
