Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

FECON, LLC is a leading manufacturer of vegetation management equipment, and we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for selling Fecon land clearing equipment and construction attachments to land clearing contractors and construction equipment dealers. This role requires building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers/dealers within the assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans with dealers to achieve sales revenue goals and market share objectives.
  • Train dealers on Fecon products, including product knowledge, operation, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist dealers with demos and start-up trainings, ensuring seamless product adoption.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage customer data and lead conversions within Fecon's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales revenue goals and market share targets within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in construction equipment sales.
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment and construction equipment is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, with a minimum of 50% travel required.
