Regional Sales Manager

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing business plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet/exceed sales quotas and key execution metrics
- Coach and manage sales team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and execute regional business plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience and 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
