Bausch + Lomb Vision Care - Regional Sales Manager

Bausch + Lomb, a leading global eye health company, is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in the Atlanta/Charleston SC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing business plans, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet/exceed sales quotas and key execution metrics
  • Coach and manage sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and execute regional business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience and 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
