Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, managing expenditures, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Meet sales objectives by following sales plan and meeting quotas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in the material handling sector.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of company personnel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.

Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to stand, walk, or be mobile for up to an eight-hour shift; bend, twist, and reach with arms and hands; and dexterity with fingers to handle, feel objects, tools, or controls. May occasionally need to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The position will require extensive travel, often via commercial airline carrier, and will involve working in office and factory or facility shop floor environments.
