We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our office systems, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising support staff.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise support staff and maintain office systems
  • Provide first-class customer service and administer operational procedures
  • Manage inventory control and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documents
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
