About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Office Administrator to join our team at Perkins Management Services Company in Charlotte. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary duties will involve maintaining office supplies, planning and executing company events, arranging travel arrangements, and supporting administrative staff with various tasks. Responsibilities
  1. Office Administration: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and services.
  2. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, conferences, and meetings, guaranteeing their success.
  3. Travel Arrangements: Arrange and book travel and accommodations for employees and guests, optimizing travel efficiency and convenience.
  4. Support Services: Provide backup assistance to administrative staff, responding to phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
