About the Job

Lowe's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Vice President level company officers, enabling their effectiveness and productivity.

You will be responsible for providing operations, administrative, and logistical support, including coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced matrixed corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for Vice Presidents
  • Develop and implement effective operational systems and processes
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and itineraries for multiple Vice Presidents
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives
