Dental Office Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to serve as our Dental Office Coordinator at Dentistry of the Carolinas.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday with select Fridays, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Dental/Orthodontic office experience
  2. Delivering outstanding customer service to patients and families
  3. Ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patients
  4. Accurate collections and financial management
  5. Verify patient insurance and financial information
  6. Handling high-volume phone calls with professionalism
  7. Scheduling appointments using Ortho2 software
  8. Proficient in computer functions and office machinery operation
  9. Communicate effectively with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and finances
  10. Lead by example and take proactive approach to problem-solving
  11. Must have a high school diploma and relevant work experience
