This is a full-time position that requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and be able to multitask effectively.

In addition to greeting clients and answering phone calls, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling day-to-day office administration duties
  • Preparing and organizing closing packages
  • Communicating with corporate office

A competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year is offered based on location and experience. Benefits include unlimited PTO, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K retirement options.
