In the role of Client Service Specialist, you will be the first impression for our clients, essential in fostering strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities: The Frontline Ambassador

This role demands a blend of exceptional customer service skills and technical expertise. You will be pivotal in crafting outstanding client experiences while contributing to the firm's objectives.

Compensation:

$23 - $28 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Reception Duties: Be the friendly face and voice that clients encounter, both in person and via phone.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify and direct potential clients to the appropriate legal services.
  • Service Promotion: Effectively communicate our services to prospective clients, highlighting the value we provide.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage the intake process for new clients, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and report metrics to management.
  • Client Comfort: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients throughout their engagement with us.
  • Appointment Coordination: Oversee scheduling and calendar management to optimize efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Organize and maintain client information to support ongoing interactions.
  • Lobby Presentation: Keep the reception area inviting and professional.
  • Mail Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with care.
Candidate Profile:

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or a high-end customer service setting is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to actively listen and connect with clients on a personal level.
  • Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to discuss services confidently.
  • Data Accuracy: Strong attention to detail in data entry and management.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using technology to enhance efficiency and productivity.
