Basic Purpose

The primary role is to assist members and potential members with a comprehensive range of products and services provided by Navy Federal Credit Union, including various account types, lending solutions, and card services. This position involves performing moderately complex banking functions under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve issues related to member accounts and loans.
  • Guide members through the application processes for loans, overdraft protection, and credit cards.
  • Provide counsel to current and prospective members regarding Navy Federal's offerings.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash and negotiable instruments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance product usage and cross-sell services.
  • Execute platform banking functions.
  • Comply with federal regulations and other relevant guidelines.
  • May assist with branch vault operations and balancing procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with savings and checking products, accounts, and services.
