Role Summary:
As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will warmly welcome them and facilitate their check-in process at our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Evaluating incoming patients and determining their required level of care.
- Discussing clinic fees and available payment methods.
- Addressing client inquiries regarding our services and pet care.
- Collaborating with veterinary staff to communicate patient status effectively.
- Maintaining accurate and organized client information and medical records.
Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in customer service or a veterinary environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure setting.
- A keen attention to detail and the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a diplomatic approach to challenging situations.
- A compassionate and empathetic attitude towards animals and their owners.
Operational Details:
Our Client Services department operates seven days a week, and we are looking for candidates with flexible availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly pay range is competitive, based on experience, with additional night differentials for shifts worked between 6 PM and 6 AM. Benefits include:
- Night differential pay: $3/hour for Monday-Thursday and $5/hour for Friday-Sunday.
