Position Overview

Utilize your keen attention to detail as a Client Relations Specialist with a growing authority in environmental and regulated waste management.

As a vital member of a dedicated team comprising customer experience, sales, and compliance professionals, you will take charge of coordinating clients' waste disposal requirements in line with their service agreements. You will play a crucial role in the customer experience team, providing support to clients, internal operations, finance, logistics, and field personnel to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain client account records, ensuring completeness and accuracy across all database systems.
  2. Review and prepare orders for precision in accordance with client contracts.
  3. Coordinate all aspects of client account execution scheduling.
  4. Manage order processes, including preparation, monitoring, scheduling, and reviewing, while ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained and accessible.
  5. Assist the finance team with collections as needed.
  6. Verify pricing accuracy and review orders for invoicing purposes.
  7. Compile client profiles by gathering relevant information and assigning codes, utilizing basic knowledge of hazardous waste coding and disposal requirements.
  8. Monitor and report on client progress to relevant team members as required.
  9. Collaborate with internal business analysis teams to prepare customer-facing reports and presentations.
  10. Provide clients with shipping and tracking reports, detailed manifests, and on-time delivery and pick-up updates.
  11. Collect data and information to create client presentations and other reports.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Arts, or Business.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Ariba, or Coupa systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience in waste characterization and handling, with knowledge of EPA/RCRA and DOT regulations.
  • Experience in managing service contracts.
  • Experience with web-based programs and proprietary online applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead account-specific projects.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
