In the capacity of Client Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, pivotal in creating a lasting first impression and foundational to our client relationships.

Your Responsibilities: The Front of House Guardian

This role requires a blend of exceptional customer service skills and operational acumen. It necessitates a combination of empathy, communication prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and technical proficiency. You will play a vital role in crafting memorable client experiences while helping to achieve the Firm's objectives.

Compensation:

$23 - $28 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Reception Duties: Be the friendly presence that clients first encounter, both in person and via phone.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Identify client requirements and ensure they are directed to the appropriate legal services.
  • Promoting Legal Services: Confidently articulate our services to potential clients, ensuring they comprehend the value we provide.
  • Client Onboarding: Manage all aspects of client intake, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reporting metrics to leadership.
  • Client Comfort: Ensure that clients feel at ease and supported throughout their journey with us.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Oversee scheduling and calendar management with precision, avoiding conflicts and optimizing efficiency.
  • Client Relationship Management: Organize and maintain client information to support ongoing relationships.
  • Lobby Presentation: Keep our reception area inviting and professional.
  • Mail Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with care.
Qualifications:

  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a legal environment or a high-end customer service setting is preferred.
  • Active Listening Skills: You possess the ability to actively listen and connect with individuals on a personal level, making them feel valued.
  • Sales Acumen: A basic understanding of sales techniques and the ability to discuss our services confidently is essential.
  • Data Management Skills: You recognize the importance of accurate data and take pride in your data entry capabilities.
  • Technologically Savvy: You enjoy utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and achieve results.
