About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and providing exceptional support to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and create targeted lists of potential clients
  • Develop and maintain accurate spreadsheets of client data, including contact information and sales history
  • Generate daily mailings and make cold calls to prospective clients to promote our services
  • Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 0-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
