Job Overview

Cybba is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our e-commerce marketing and advertising services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through high-volume outreach and creative sales methods
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to new prospects, highlighting the value of Cybba's services
  • Manage and overcome prospect objections, ensuring a smooth sales process
  • Update leads and prospect interactions in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently meet or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to drive team success
Requirements
  • 1+ years of sales or relevant experience
  • Motivated, self-starter, team player; ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively within a team environment
