Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, resulting in successful and profitable client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate and qualify leads
- Rapidly engage with prospects/clients to understand their requirements and potential business opportunities
- Utilize tools to create a list of potential buyers and sales-qualify leads and opportunities
- Manage incoming leads and close or align them according to the value of the overall opportunity
- Articulate an executive vision of how Laoret solutions can benefit potential customers through consultative selling
- Demonstrate commercial insight and understanding of client's business needs, identifying areas where Laoret's services can offer value
- Stay up-to-date with industry, market, and competitor developments to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain extensive product and industry knowledge
- Achieve and exceed minimum agreed quotas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Experience in the translation and localization industry preferred
- Ideal candidate will have experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving goals
