About the Job

The Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, resulting in successful and profitable client relationships. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities to generate and qualify leads
  • Rapidly engage with prospects/clients to understand their requirements and potential business opportunities
  • Utilize tools to create a list of potential buyers and sales-qualify leads and opportunities
  • Manage incoming leads and close or align them according to the value of the overall opportunity
  • Articulate an executive vision of how Laoret solutions can benefit potential customers through consultative selling
  • Demonstrate commercial insight and understanding of client's business needs, identifying areas where Laoret's services can offer value
  • Stay up-to-date with industry, market, and competitor developments to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain extensive product and industry knowledge
  • Achieve and exceed minimum agreed quotas
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-driven, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Experience in the translation and localization industry preferred
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving goals
