About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Rentokil North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a territory growth plan to achieve maximum profitability and growth
  • Secure prospective client appointments through targeted prospecting, cold calling, and other selling strategies
  • Meet with prospective clients to secure their business and execute follow-up client meetings to complete the sales process
  • Collaborate with operation stakeholders to meet client time-lines and deliverables for service
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including participation in company meetings, communication, and events
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, college preferred
  • Live in the state of Arizona or relocate to the state of Arizona
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
  • Preferably 3-5 years sales experience in a hunting capacity
  • Strong business acumen with background in sales, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
  • Available to travel as needed (30% or more)
