The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales cycle, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for generating meetings and developing a pipeline of prospects.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Profile accounts to develop targeted expansion strategies
  • Engage with new trials/users within customers to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns and drive lead generation
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' challenges and identify opportunities for Lifebit to provide value

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or Marketing)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or technology sector
  • Experience prospecting into large enterprise accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients
  • A strong attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a growing team
  • A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt
