Commercial Sales Opportunity

Rove Pest Control is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our team in Phoenix. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting pre-scheduled businesses to analyze needs and sell/up-sell needed services. While industry experience is not required, previous sales experience is helpful, and we will train the right applicant on both sales and industry elements.

To help you get started, we offer paid training. Your daily responsibilities will include visiting customer homes and businesses, performing inspections, providing needed services and recommendations, recommending value-added services, and operating and maintaining service vehicles and equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to 18 days of PTO available in the first year, including holiday pay

PTO increases annually. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
