About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Inbound Sales Team at Townsquare Interactive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with small and medium-sized businesses across the nation, offering our business management platform and digital marketing solutions.

Your main activities will revolve around managing inbound leads and making outbound follow-up calls. Responsibilities include re-engaging with qualified leads who have previously shown interest in our solutions portfolio and running demonstrations to secure them as a new client. Additionally, you will be running demonstrations through warm transfers initiated by our Inbound Marketing Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales pipeline and achieve individual and team sales goals
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify prospects' pain points and showcase our customized solutions
  • Daily Metrics Include: making 50+ outbound dials, receiving 2+ transfers, running 3-4 virtual demonstrations
  • No Account Management required – our dedicated onboarding and service team takes care of that

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Demonstrated success in growing new business
  • Drive and competitiveness to surpass sales goals and advance your career
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • BA/BS degree (preferred)
