Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Growth Factor Group, Inc., you will be responsible for championing the sales of maintenance contracts for services to property managers and commercial real estate facility managers. With a focus on growing market share, you will create and execute a sales plan to expand our landscape, arbor care, and irrigation services to BtoB, CRE, and HOA clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in professional groups, associations, and events
- Prospect, develop, and close winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities, and profit goals
Your Rewards:

Requirements:
- You are considered extroverted, intuitive, charismatic, and a closer
- References of 5+ years front-line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater Phoenix market
- 4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
