Business Development Representative

Ryerson is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
