Territory Account Manager Job Summary

The Territory Account Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining a positive image for BridgePoint Healthcare through effective planning, programs, education, and community events. This position is responsible for assisting in meeting hospital census, rate, and mix budget goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement referral relations programs, including partnerships with physician groups, managed care organizations, case managers, and discharge planners.
  • Utilize sales techniques, such as cold calling and contact planning, to drive business growth.
  • Monitor activities through call logs and profiling of customers to ensure effective outreach and engagement.
  • Coordinate the creation and dissemination of education materials, including outcome studies, brochures, and other relevant content.
  • Approve or conduct tours/visits to BridgePoint Hospitals to increase the education level of guests and promote the organization's services.


The ideal candidate will be flexible, responsible, and supportive of team efforts, with a willingness to travel extensively. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
