Role Overview:
The Senior Executive Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting senior leadership. This position requires a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while engaging with employees, clients, and other leaders, with a strong focus on productivity and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of national initiatives within Transwestern.
- Serve as project manager for special assignments as directed by leadership, which may involve planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external agencies.
- Manage executive calendars and schedules.
- Initiate and respond to executive communications while handling confidential information.
- Organize complex activities, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, ensuring maximum reimbursement.
- Review expenses submitted by vendors and staff.
- Assist with various accounting needs as required.
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports and portfolio summaries using MS Excel.
- Aid in the budget process through analysis for the region, incorporating digital photos, MS Word, and Excel.
- Conduct portfolio analysis, including profitability assessments.
- Assist in tracking the completion of regional budgets and CAM reconciliation and collections for all properties in the region.
- Collaborate with the market leader on budget development and reforecasting.
- Interact with regional and national accounting on financial matters.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires in the Human Resources department.
- Participate in and support Human Resources initiatives.
- Compose and type necessary correspondence and memos.
- Answer the market leader's phone when necessary; screen calls and emails.
- Prepare regional forms, including property and team member documentation.
- Balance and code expense reports.
- Assist in meeting preparations.
- Support business plan development.
- Manage client and prospect databases.
- Achieve goals and complete projects within established deadlines.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of prior office experience, with at least 3 years supporting an executive-level professional.
- Proficiency in MS 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
- Familiarity with financial analysis software such as Argus, MRI, and Skyline is advantageous.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- A strong desire to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent spelling and grammar, strong phone skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while multitasking.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
