Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced IT assistance both on-site and remotely
  • Address and resolve technical issues encountered by executives
  • Formulate strategic support initiatives for the leadership team
  • Engage in effective communication with end users
  • Identify innovative solutions tailored to business requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree along with 3 years of experience in desktop support or equivalent
  • Proficiency in both Apple and Microsoft operating systems
  • Understanding of networking, VOIP, and audiovisual systems
  • Capability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding communication abilities
